Has anyone run into lighting issues with Unity and Xbox One? Currently we're using point lights and have the shader set to skeleton lit for our spine character. Plays fine on PC but on the Xbox the light seems to flicker between all the colors that affect it instead of smoothly being lit.

Any ideas?

I have a suspicion that this is a Unity bug.
The Spine\Skeleton Lit shader just uses plain shaderlab, and very standard code for shadow casting.

Is that as much detail as you have? We can try to report it to Unity Feedback.

Yeah, so far it's basically all the info I have.

The 'effect' it's creating is similar to light reflections underwater, constantly flickering on the character. The color of the flickering changes when you approach different color lights, but not smoothly.

So we still haven't found a solution for this. I posted in the Unity Xbox forums with no luck. This only happens on lit characters using the Spine/SkeletonLit shader and nothing else. We've run it on the Xbox in DX9 and DX11.

I haven't heard back from Unity Technologies either. I did report it.

Try these shaders if they work though. Make sure you choose premultiply-alpha if that's what your settings were: Sprite Shaders for Unity
