This isn't happening for any spine characters I exported more than a month ago.

Premultiply Alpha

Was it wrong export settings?

I was unable to export anything that wasn't premultiplied alpha. Not sure why, but premultiplying fixed it.

Did Premultiply Alpha not explain why it fixed it? Was it something else?
