Hello,
can you open the image in an image editor such as Gimp or Photoshop?

Also, 3576x3253 px seems pretty huge for just a head, are all your images very big?

I have 40 pictures
the size of each picture is about 400k
Is it too big? :lol:

It may be too big! You could try to export them at half the size and see if Spine loads them better.
I was also thinking that maybe the head image was corrupted and perhaps resaving it may solve the problem.

3576x3253 needs about 46MB of video memory. You can use huge images like this in Spine, but your graphics hardware is likely to be the limiting factor, both for how much large images you can load and for the maximum size it allows for a single image. There is really no reason to use such large images though and it tends to make Spine a little awkward to use, unless you increase the bone scale in the settings. Also note you can use smaller or larger images at runtime than you do in Spine, so the size used in Spine does not limit you in any way.
