I am trying to export a character that has images located in multiple sub directories. Things like hair or armor. I am using these settings :
If I use these settings with the Export tool, it will produce a Atlas, Json and a single PNG even though I have multiple sub folders. If I use those exact same settings with the texture packer, it produces an Atlas with a PNG for each sub folder I have. To fix this for importing into Unity I have to go in and manually rename item names in both the JSON and the Atlas file. Is there something I am doing wrong that would cause the Texture Packer and Export features to function so differently?
I am on version 3.7.91
