Hey,

I am not sure if I am just using Texture Packer incorrectly, but when I try to export using POT, it never packs it as densely as it could. For example, (a poor set of images I know), highlight this (green background added for clarity):

The exported image from Spine results in 1024x1024 but the bottom half is completely empty and I can just manually crop it down to 512 and the skeleton will still render properly in my game. Also there is the large amount of white space in the top right corner

These are the settings, I've experimented with others, and but I still end up having to manually crop the image myself.

Uncheck the "Square" checkbox. I think this option is needed if you want to use mipmaps. Left the other one checked (Power of two)
