This is all I get when I attempt to launch it. It does launch on Fedora 17 x86_64 though, but not Fedora 13 x86_64. Any ideas I can try to get it running on Fedora 13? I've attached the spine.log and error report.

Strange. Spine is packaged with OpenJDK, which seems to be crashing on sun.font.NativeFont. You can try running with the Sun JVM or an OpenJDK version for your OS. To do that you can just edit the Spine.sh file to point to the Java of your choice.
