I have attached a gif to show problem -

This started about half a year ago, where the mesh parts of our rigs would shake/warp/go completely chaotic while animating. Luckily it never happened in our game when it was put into unity, however, now it is starting to translate in unity and it's creating a big problem for our game. I don't know what caused this, I can't find anyone else with the problem so maybe it's something we did on our rig? Any help would be much appreciated

It seems like the bone bound to the upper part of the mesh is rotating during the animation, could you confirm whether or not it has rotate keys?
A second option is that the mesh might have some unwanted deform keys that you may want to delete altogether.

If it's none of the two, please send us the project at contact@esotericsoftware.com so we can have a better look at it and help you solve the problem (:

Also, it is a bad idea to use meshes like that (unless you are exporting images or video). You have many unnecessary vertices in blank areas of the image.

@Erikari - I think you are right about the bone rotating... but it has no keys?

@Nate - This rig was made before me on the project, but the main reason we have the extra space is that the player can choose multiple costumes of various sizes, so we needed the extra space on the mesh

@gostovah if the mesh is bound to bones, check the keys for the bones related to the mesh.
If it has no bones bound to it, then delete the deformation keys.

Make sure you have no filtering active on the dopesheet that might be preventing you from seeing all the keys (check the little funnel icon in the upper left corner of the dopesheet)

I saw the file you sent us,
It looks like the bone torso_chainbone_1 is the culprit. Considering it is bound to a path constraint, there might be problems with the path itself.
What version of Spine did you open it with?
What version was used to make the file?
Is the runtime aligned with that version or the version you used now?

I saw no issue in the file, no shakes, and everything was rendered nicely, I'm on the latest beta. Maybe you might want to consider updating your project as well if possible?

Sorry for the late response, we were on break.

As for which spine I am on now, it should be the most up to date (3.6.53), and as for which spine it was made on... I dunno, this rig was made before I started the project in 2017, and we have duped the rig for new characters since

Awesome, spine's new update no longer has issue!
