I am using version 3.7.91 and noticed that when selection a bunch of slots(in the hierarchy) containing both mesh and non-mesh attachments, either mesh or non-mesh will be moved when dragging them on the canvas.

Hello! when you have multiple attachments inside a slot and attempt to move the active one, this won't reflect on the hidden ones. To move all of the attachments/meshes at the same time even if not active, parent the slot to a bone and use the bone to translate the elements instead. (after you're done changing the placement, you can delete said bone.)
This is not a bug, but a way to allow you to adjust the position of a single image when needed :)

I think you misunderstand my situation.

Here is the way to reproduce the issue:

1. prepare a slot, say Slot-A, with an (non-mesh) attachment in it.
2. clone Slot-A to have another Slot-B with same attachment.
3. turn attachment of Slot-B into mesh. (we now have slots with mesh and non-mesh)
4. Select both slots in the hierarchy
5. try to drag/move the slots with left mouse in the canvas.

You will find that only one of the slot is moved. (either mesh one or non-mesh one)
if you select mesh one 1st, only the mesh one move.
if you select non-mesh one 1st, the mesh one don't follow.

Spine disallows moving attachments and meshes at the same time by design, so what you experienced is expected.

As previously mentioned, the steps you described would still cause you to repeat the translation process for each image in a slot, and also for each skin, so a more effective way is the one I described above.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know of something you suspected to be a bug! :D sometimes they are not, sometimes they help us improve Spine!
