Sacrifice

Hey guys,

I'd love to use spine for a Libgdx project, not just for android, but for iOS aswell.
Yet im not sure how to get things working with MonoTouch(Xamarin).
I used the gdx-setup-ui tool to create all the projects and it seems i kind of failed hard on my attempt.

error: package com.esotericsoftware.spine does not exist

I guess i would need a spine.dll somewhere along with the gdx dlls which are automatically created.
So could anyone please tell me how to get things working?

DLLs are for Windows. The libgdx runtime is pure Java code, it will work on iOS without anything special. The hardest part is setting up your iOS project so the Spine classes are available. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with libgdx iOS setup at all. Ask on IRC or the libgdx forums, using Spine is the same as using any 3rd party library.

Thanks Nate, I'm glad to hear that it will eventually work.
Yaeh i know DLLs are for Windows, but I think Monotouch might need those
to work it's magic (and converts them to something else ofc).
I guess after some more attempts i got closer to a working solution, guess
the libgdx community might know what to do. *flys off to the libgdx forums*

Haha, forgot about the MonoTouch stuff using DLLs, sorry. I wasn't kidding when I said I wasn't familiar with libgdx + iOS stuff. :D
