  • Making a horizontal spin animation?

So I just discovered this and have been looking into using Spine for my game. however when it comes to the player character for my game, She has a helicopter kick. How would I do this with spine. I have seen youtube videos showing off a full 3d looking rotation and I assume that uses multiple sprites. the other way I know would be through the heavy use of tweening and covering up where the character back would be displayed

    Argol228 Hi! this is easy to achieve if you follow the steps indicated here:

    If you're using Spine 4+, please set the rotation from 0° to +360° in local axis instead of what is indicated in the paragraph below (so this is now simpler!)

      Erika so in a non isometric I would need front view, quarter front and quarter back (is that the term) to get the best result on as minimal sprite as possible?

        Oh my bad, I misunderstood the first part of the question. For entire characters it gets a tad trickier, but here are some examples:

        In general, I recommend checking out the twitch section I linked above, as it goes over this sort of complex rigs several times and in depth.
