Mario This is currently not possible but we have an issue on the tracker you can follow which will implement this Select skeleton, skin and animation for PNG export from CLI or in config · #73 · EsotericSoftware/spine-editor
Crocodilum Just create a temporary spine file, and delete all other skeleton you don't need to export. That's how I do for now.
