"Clean up" delete some key in the last frame

The "clean up" mean to delete unnecessary key without changing the animation but it did have issue:

The "clean up" delete some of the scale key and translate key in the last frame of my animation, which make the last frame didn't look the same as the first frame. And the final result is the scaling in last frame didn't go back to normal as the fist frame.
Bone which involve with IK constraint have some issue:
I still be able to un mark at "inherit scale" of those bone, but it automatically mark itself at "inherit scale" again everytime I restart Spine again. I really like to use "inherit scale" even with IK constraint, but it automatically reset the function like this is so tiresome!

Are you using the latest version of Spine? Can you please post or email a project which Clean Up deletes keys it should not? contact@esotericsoftware.com

A bone which is constrained by IK cannot disable rotation, scale, or reflection. The checkboxes should be disabled, how are you unchecked it?

Here is my file.

Now I understand how "Clean up" work. so I think it have no problem so far.
The new problem is I need to scale the length of the leg to fake 3d effect but still maintain the original size of the foot which have IK constrain.
And it did allow me to uncheck at "inherit scale" at "R_ Foot" and "L_Foot", and it work perfectly. But when restart Spine, the "inherit scale" automatically check itself again. I hope there can be a possiblity we can uncheck "inherit scale" for bone with IK constrain involve.

Sorry for the delay.

Ahh, I see your IK is 1 bone. You're right, disabling inherit scale should be allowed and it was a bug that it reset when opening the project. Fixed in 3.5.44!
