I have the same problem. I noticed that the number of frames in some animations in unity is much bigger than in spine. I think that's causing the problem.
For example, one of my animations in spine has 44 frames, after import in unity it has 150 frames. When i run this animation, i see first 44 frames and than rest 106 frames it stays frozen at last position, and after that next animation starts.
I have no idea how to fix this. I hope my observations will be useful.
