Edit: Specifically, the cape.

The legs are just missing keys to reset their position on the idle pose.

More digging has indicated that the "Offset" field on the Transform constraint is not being supported.

Got it.
Just add this line to TransformConstraint's constructor.:

offsetRotation = data.offsetRotation;

It'll be added in the next update.
