Payne_Lee :$ Hi everyone~ I'm a artist just started programming hard... And here's my knight ! And i'm going to make his custome chang sectionally , starting with the blade, →→→ Not using the "Skin" to change the whole suit. ←←← So i followed this tutorial: :bang: And the blade rotated 90° ... So i had rotate the blade to fix it ... And finally i found that: Every bone in Spine has a forward direction—— pointing to the right. So i rotate every image of the character to pointing to right. And that was awful :bang: :bang: :bang: :$ So~ are there any other way to achieve the custome sectionally changing more conveniently?
Pharan How to do this depends on how many items you have and what flexibility you're ok sacrificing. The last post on this thread has a sample setup using and combining skins and skin placeholders. And how to use it in code: Costumizable itens with more than one view/slot - UNITY Doing it this way means you can align your items properly in Spine. Skins don't have to mean changing the whole character. Skins can be separated and combined into a changing set of equips by adding extra code.
