      Before I used Education License, But I want to change Professional License, I am buy it now.

      How can I do in Mac.

        The Log Out button doesn't appear in Spine Education installations. It would be a problem if someone logged out a workstation, as the next student would be unable to use Spine without entering an activation code and typically only the IT department has the activation codes. I will email you instructions on how to log out.

          We have same problem with Education License on windows.

            The problem is the same as the author's of the post. At first, we used the education version of the spine, now we have pro version, but we can't install it. We've removed the education spine, installed pro version by the pro spine link. But when you start the program, for some reasons, the education version still started. There is no field for entering a key, there is no way to change the version.

            @Alex_Olfert, sorry for the trouble! I've provided the steps below.

            On Windows, please delete the following two folders:

            %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Spine
%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\SpineTrial

            We will improve the installer on Windows so these folders are removed when uninstalled.

            Mac:

            /Applications/Spine.app/shared/

            Linux:

            /path/to/Spine/folder/.shared/
