Rotation broken in c# (xna) with latest commit

Hi,

I think something went wrong with commit 86e75d96d793d0b6d29bbc960946c7316784b175 "...Refactoring for non-Atlas RegionAttachments. Fixed whitespace stripped and rotated regions....".

I have just pulled this into my repo and the rotated items aren't rendering correctly. I'm presuming this is something broken in this commit because, as the saying goes, "I haven't changed anything". ;-)

Let me know if you don't believe this is the case and I'll investigate further however on the face of it, it does seem to be something wrong with the latest commit....

Hmm that is odd. The spine-xna example is working correctly and it uses a goblins atlas with rotated regions. Eg, the spear and dagger are rotated in the atlas. Are you sure you are up to date? How did you create your atlas? Can you post the atlas file?

I've just re-exported my atlas file (using TexturePacker as before) and it is now working! Apologies for assuming it was the latest runtime changes!

I can see the differences in my atlas file - the "size:" values were transposed - hence why it is now working.

I'm slightly confused about why (a) my atlas file was previously different and (b) why it was previously working. There must be something I'm missing somewhere - something I've done wrong somewhere. However all working fine now.

Probably the old code had a bug. I've spent some time today making it all nice and testing it on all the toolkits. 🙂 Both C# and C got refactoring in this area.
