Hi. I trying to start Spine at my home PC (windows 8.1) and after install it shows me this window

The same thing with trial version.
I also can't get to my licence page on esotericsoftware.com
It allow me to enter only after adding "ru" before like this ru.esotericsoftware.com
Don't know how to solve it 🙁
