Here's my first animation ever, besides animations done in pivot.

Let me know what you think and please do tell if there's anything you'd like to see changed. I'm open for criticism.
Thank you for your time.
Edit:
Update on the animation:

Cool, the smoke looks good. I'd say maybe you can use slight movement in other body parts (torso, head, etc) and curves to give it more life. Eg, stand absolutely still and do the motions from your animation, only moving one arm at a time, etc. Do you feel like a robot?
Probably you lean to the side when reaching in your pocket and your other arm moves away from the body a little, you typically lean a bit when lighting the cigar, etc.
I wanted to do that but I don't know how much memory that would take up with the extra frames. There will probably be 30-45 of these units on the screen along with other stuff, but even then I imagine the extra keys will not have much impact. I'll add some leaning and general movement to the body.
I have also make an breathing animation that I had planned to mix with this animation, but I can't seem to find a way to preview the mixing.
I'm making the game in Unity so I can't put it in-game until the runtime comes out for it. (I'm in no rush though so don't rush it).
Thank you for your criticism, I will update the animation.
So I updated my animation to include more movement to the other body parts.. Let me know what you think
Fantastic!
I'd make some of the moves a little faster. Like when he is moving his hand to the mouth to light the cigarette, we tend to move our limbs much faster
