Root Motion - How to code it properly?

Someone knows a good code to get the root motion from the Spine Animations?

There is a topic here but the code there is from a while a go.
So it doesnt quite work.

I am a starting programer so it's a little hard to get this by my own. I am looking in the internet for this but there is not much info on that specific coding with spine.

Using a root bone transform from an animation to move the object.

There is this topic talking about it. But so far i couldnt apply this coding.

Remember rootMotionBone's positions are absolute, and resets at the loop, so you need the difference (i.e. Mathf.Abs()) between frames, and a catch for the loop reset........
