  • One pixel move

Hi 😊
So.... Maya had a handy option called One Pixel Move, which allowed for making minor adjustments to the position of an object or its components (Alt + Arrows). By default, it would nudge the position by one pixel, but you could've adjusted the increment size in Maya's settings if needed.
Is it possible to have something similar in Spine 2D?

🙇 Thank you for your hard work 🙇

In Spine, you can achieve a similar effect to Maya's One Pixel Move by using the arrow keys for nudging. By default, pressing the arrow keys will nudge the selected object by a small amount. If you hold the Shift key while pressing the arrow keys, it will nudge the object by one pixel. This allows for precise adjustments to the position of objects or components in your animation. Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in option to adjust the increment size like in Maya, but the Shift + Arrow keys combination provides a straightforward way to make one-pixel adjustments.

Isis707 To add to Spinebot's answer, in Spine, the arrow keys function differently depending on the tool currently selected. When the Rotate tool is selected, the arrow keys rotate the selected item, and when the Translate tool is selected, the arrow keys move the selected item.

In Spine, holding down the Shift key allows for precise adjustments. When the Translate tool is selected, pressing the arrow keys and Shift key simultaneously moves the selected item by one pixel at a time. You can also transform the selected item by clicking and dragging the numeric box, but holding down the Shift key while doing so reduces the amount of change.
These various methods are explained in the Transform tools section of the Spine User Guide:

I need to check my eyesight, because I've missed that in the Spine cheat sheet 😳
Sorry, and thank you for the quick answer.
