Hello!
I am using GM:Studio and am working on rotating my character a few degrees while going up and down slopes. In GM this is done with image_angle=12 and it rotates the whole animation 12 degrees as well as the bounding box.
In the attached image you will see I created a bounding box with a pointed edge at the bottom so that the corners wouldn't intefere with the changes in floor slope. However I continued to get stuck at the top of this slope.
So I enabled bounding box drawing in GM and I see there are actually, mysteriously, two boxes drawn. What the ????
As you can see, the pointed edged bounding box that I created is angled along with the sprite and is not hitting the block at the top of the stairs. The second box however and I don't really know where that box is coming from.
