에디터 4.2.29 사용중입니다.
메시 편집시에 소프트 셀렉션을 사용할 때, 브러시 사이즈를 조정하기 위해 단축키를 사용하면 잘 작동합니다.
그런데 가중치 조정툴 상태일 때는 브러시 사이즈 단축키가 작동하지 않네요.
직접 gui 상에서 클릭하면 조정이 가능합니다. 단축키로 조정되도록 수정되면 좋겠습니다.
가중치 조정 시 브러시 사이즈 단축키 문제
Heavydust Thanks for your report! However, as far as I have tested with 4.2.29, I was able to change the brush size of the weight using the hotkey without any problems. Please note that you must have the Weight tool selected in order to change the brush size of the weight. I've recorded a video to demonstrate this:
(For your information, I have used the tool buttons to switch to the active tool for easier understanding, but you can also use the hotkey. The hotkey for the Weight tool is G.)
If you are still unable to change the brush size using the hotkeys when the Weight tool is selected, please let us know.

여전히 되지 않네요. 다른 동료 pc 에서도 테스트 해보았는데 마찬가지입니다.
아마 윈도우 언어에 따라 뭔가 차이가 있지 않나 싶은데.. 정확히는 모르겠습니다.
테스트 중 발견한 사항은 아래와 같습니다.
1.
브러시 사이즈 조정 단축키를 ctrl + J 같은 조합된 형태로 바꾸면 가중치 툴에서도 잘 작동합니다.
; ' [ ] 같은 특수문자나 영문자를 쓰면 가중치 툴에서는 작동하지 않습니다.
< > 로 지정한 경우에는 아예 작동하지 않습니다.
- edit mesh 에 ctrl + G 처럼 특정 단축키를 할당 한 뒤 해당 단축키로 edit mesh 모드에 진입했다 나온 직후에는 ; ' [ ] 단축키도 가중치 모드에서 브러시 단축키로서 잘 작동합니다. 헌데 화면 어딘가를 클릭하고 나면 다시 작동하지 않습니다.

4.1.2 / 4.0.64 에서도 같은 증상입니다.
다른 동료(어제랑 다른) PC에서도 같은 증상임을 확인했습니다.
어제 테스트한 동료 PC는 재택 근무용으로 테스트 해서 특별히 같은 보안 프로그램을 사용한다거나 환경이 겹치는 영역은 없습니다.
셋다 한글 윈도우즈 10을 사용하고 있습니다.
추가 테스트 사항
Brush+: ctrl + ']' 같은 형태를 지정하면
잘못된 문자: ']' 라는 오류가 뜹니다.
Brush+: alt + ']' 같이 alt를 사용하면 오류 없이 로드됩니다.
이때도 여전히 가중치 툴에서는 작동하지 않습니다.Brush+: ctrl + j 에서는 가중치 툴에서도 정상 작동합니다.
Brush+: alt + j 에서는 가중치 툴에서는 작동하지 않습니다.
(j 외에 다른 영문 조합도 동일. 1의 현상 때문에 ctrl + 특수문자 조합은 테스트 불가)
Heavydust I added a Korean keyboard to my Windows PC and tried it, but unfortunately I could not reproduce the problem. The default hotkeys Brush+: ''' and Brush-: ';' worked fine for both the mesh tools and the weight.
I apologize for the hassle of having to ask you to check this multiple times, but if possible, could you please use the on-screen keyboard that comes standard application with Windows to display the keyboard on the screen and click the hotkey to see if it works? Also, if it doesn't work, it would be great if you could post a video of the editor screen and the screen keyboard.

올려주신 스크린샷을 참고해서 가중치 툴에서 add 모드로 설정하니 단축키가 작동합니다.
거기서는 size와 feather 값이 잘 움직이네요. 
direct 모드에서는 잘 되지 않구요.
그런데 가중치 툴의 add 모드와 direct 모드는 사용성이 크게 차이가 나기 때문에 direct 모드에서 의도한 대로 작동하면 좋겠습니다.
리포트 한 내용대로 ctrl 을 더한 단축키 조합으로는 의도대로 움직이긴 하는데.. 단순한 단축키로도 제어 가능하도록 개선이 가능할까요?
Heavydust Ah, I understand. As the name of the hotkey type “Brush” indicates, the Brush+ and Brush- hotkeys only affects the size of the brush. Since there is no concept of a brush in Direct mode, it is as expected that the parameters for Direct mode cannot be changed from the brush hotkey. Please take a look at the section on weight mode in the user guide: https://ko.esotericsoftware.com/spine-weights#%EB%AA%A8%EB%93%9C
I'm not sure exactly what you want to do with the Direct mode. When you use this mode, you first need to select the vertices using the mouse, but then do you want to use hotkeys to control which bones' weights you want to give?

제가 즐겨 사용하는 방식의 예를 첨부합니다.
다음과 같이 넓은 범위의 가중치를 드래그하면서 조정해야 될 때 그리고 그 적용 범위를 수시로 조절해야 될 때 가중치 툴의 direct 모드에서 soft seletion 기능을 아주 유용하게 사용하고 있습니다.
다만 단축키가 작동하지 않아 직접 마우스 클릭으로 범위를 조정하며 사용 중입니다.

After reviewing the workflow again, I thought it would be better to be able to change the size and feather of the soft selection from the hotkeys while the weight mode is set to Direct, so I created an issue ticket here for improvement: EsotericSoftware/spine-editor797
