It's not possible to change the zoom when the rows are hidden in the Dopesheet

When you hide the rows, the mouse scroll that does the zoom in and zoom out stops working in the Dopesheet.

GGklin Sorry for the trouble! Indeed, when I tried it with 4.2.18-beta, I could supposedly zoom by scrolling the mouse in the area where the frame number is displayed, but when I hide the Rows, I can't do it. I think this is an issue that should be fixed and will create an issue ticket.
