I got bitdefender from company for security but its stopping spine from working. Is there a solution for this? please help ! this is the error I get

You'll need to add Spine to the safelist in Bitdefender.
Bitdefender should tell you how to exclude an application from their invasive program. See this post and the posts after it for a link to Bitdefender's guide on doing that and a Spine user reporting the exact steps they took:
