I'm afraid that's not enough for me to help. First of all, what operating system are you running this on? I also see you are using an Intel integrated graphics card, which may be an issue if the driver isn't up-to-date.
What exactly does "does not work" mean? The window never opens? You see the error output, but can otherwise work?
