Hi, I am exporting from Spine for Unity and the Spine documentation recommends that the "pretty print" checkbox be checked in the JSON export window. Should this also be checked in the Texture Packer Settings options for it to be effective?

Many thanks

@Soph There is no Pretty print option available at the Texture Packer settings. Or did you mean something else?

In general, the recommendation is mainly there to let you have a look at the exported json files and make sense of the content. If you don't ever want to do that, you can as well go with binary export instead of json export, which reduces file size and load times (i.e. it's more efficient).

Hi Harald thank you for getting back to me so soon. Within the options available in the Texture Packer settings I do have this pretty print option available (please see attached image) but wasn't sure whether it needed ticking in addition to the check box for pretty print seen in the export window. Thank you

@Soph Oh sorry, my fault, I was looking at an earlier screenshot while it has been added later on to Texture Packer settings as well. You may choose to enable Pretty print on any of the export settings, the option at skeleton packing affects the skeleton.json file and the one in Texture Packer settings the atlas.txt file, making the respective file more-easily human readable by adding whitespace.

@Harald no worries thank you so much for your help 🙂
