Antivirus detects Spine as malware and delete it

I install Kaspersky Security Cloud today, it blocked me from using Spine and also deleted Spine.exe
Anything I can do now?

You're using software that deletes Spine. One solution is to not use such software. There's a more detailed discussion here:
