Hello everyone,

unfortunately I cannot launch Spine. I have tried everything that is written in this guide: http://de.esotericsoftware.com/spine-troubleshooting

No "spine.log" file is created, which means that something must have gone wrong before.

When I try to start spine normally or via the console with "spine.exe" nothing happens.

When I run "spine.com" from the console, I get the following error messages:

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.RuntimeException: Error starting launcher.

I'm using windows 10 and purchased the professional edition of Spine.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Please check if you have a file C:\Users\<yourusername\.accessibility.properties on your disk (note the . in the front of the file name, it might not be shown in the Windows Explorer if you have "Show hidden files" turned off). If you do, please rename it and try to start Spine again.

Great! Sorry for the bad first experience. Hope Spine can make up for it. Stick around here and become part of the community!
