Hi Esoteric team,
I have characters (and will have to make more characters) with over 250+ attachments, that have a varying number of attachments that share the same slots. For this project, it's been decided that we want to include skins and retroactively changing these characters with varying visibility settings in setup make creating skins a real pain - particularly because mass applying Skin Placeholders changes the placeholders to be visible.
Thich means needing to go through 50% of a character, per skin, manually applying a skin placeholder one-by-one (in the case of multiple attachments in a shared slot) and hiding the ones that need to be invisible in setup. Additionally, the Skin Placeholder shortcut key doesn't work when slots are visible in the tree. It only allows the Skin Placeholder to be applied to the slot.
My main request is: May we request that sometime in the near future we might be able to have an option to have new skin placeholders maintaining an attachment's current visibility setting? This will solve most of the troubles and save a ton of time.
Or just let me know if I'm missing something obvious. Thank you!
