      Hello!
      My internet connection was disconnected due to bad weather.
      And I found that without the Internet Spine does not start.
      The Internet is now working and Spine is working.
      No antivirus software installed.

      Sorry you are having trouble. Strange it was working, then not. From the log it shows Spine is unable to connect through the internet to the server. Are you sure there is nothing blocking Spine's communication? That seems like the most likely problem, because the servers are definitely up and working.

        I recorded a video.
        I made two attempts by unplugging the internet cable and then plugging it back in.
        Spine does not start without internet.
        After turning on the Internet, Spine is updated for some reason, although the latest version is installed.
        I don't have blockers and antivirus.

        Thanks for the video, that makes what you are seeing more clear. You are seeing that Spine runs when you are online but not when offline. We've reproduced the problem so it seems we'll need to release an updated launcher. Sorry for the trouble! I'll post here when it's up.

        FWIW, we've rewritten the launcher completely in v4. It's smarter and faster, allows you to choose language and version before launching, plus it looks really cool. 🙂

        We've now updated the launcher downloads for all OSes to from version 3.8.82 to 3.8.97. If you download and reinstall Spine, you should be able to run offline as long as you have previously downloaded the update file for the version you are trying to start.

          Found that if version 3.8.97 is specified in the settings, then the program opens without the Internet.
          If set to "Latest", the program behaves as shown in the video.

          Yes, that is true for the 3.8.82 launcher. We have fixed it in the 3.8.97 launcher though.

          My apologies, the new 3.8.97 launcher was not being served from all of our download servers. This has been fixed now. Please go to your Spine license page, download the full Spine launcher again, and reinstall. The installer should show 3.8.97 in the upper left:

          Also your spine.log file should start with Spine Launcher 3.8.97. Then you should be able to run offline when the editor version is set to Latest. :party:
