  • Spine Installer failure on Windows 10

Hello,
I just purchased Spine essential and when attempting to install it on my Windows 10 laptop I get the following error message:

Installer integrity check has failed. Common causes include
incomplete download and damaged media. Contact the
installer's author to obtain a new copy.

More information at:
http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error

I had just purchased my license, went to my account activation page, attempted to download from Unites States (Dallas) server for Windows. The exe file appears to have downloaded completely (about 26MB file). When I tried to open/run the file I got a security warning and then the NSIS error message.

I also attempted downloads from Japan and Germany servers, both downloads appeared to be successful but both resulted in the same error message when trying to install Spine. I am looking at the trouble shooting options on the nsis.sf.net page, but wanted to reach out about this issue.

Thank you,
Gene

Hi Same for me as well, I purchased spine back in 2015 but havn't updated for a while, so I thought of re-installing but I get the same error as GeneVB

Yikes! Sorry about that, we are investigating now.

It's working now! We now provide multiple download locations so you get faster download speeds, but it had a little problem. Sorry!

The download works for me now. Thanks so much for the prompt reply and resolution!
