Nate offset in the atlas is the amount of blank pixels that were removed from the left and bottom edges of the image. To pack an atlas using whitespace stripping, check the boxes in the texture packer settings: Loading Image You can find the documentation here: Texture Packing - Spine User Guide: Settings

Nate The hero project files are here: spine-runtimes/examples/hero at 3.6 The images don't have whitespace (blank pixels) around their edges, so whitespace stripping has nothing to remove: spine-runtimes/sword.png at 3.6 Example exports are here: spine-runtimes/examples/hero/export at 3.6 You can see the example atlas export has offset: 0,0 because no whitespace was removed: spine-runtimes/hero.atlas at 3.6
