Spine not launching on windows 10

I have a clean windows 10 machine and when running Spine.com in the command line I get the following error.

Failed to find class: com/esotericsoftware/spine/editor/launcher/Launcher

Likely your Spine installation is damaged. Assuming the default installation folder, that class is located inside this file:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Spine\launcher\launcher-full

Or for the Spine Trial:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Spine Trial\launcher\launcher-trial

Are you running anti-virus or anti-malware software?

BitDefender was installed. But I tried uninstalling it and then uninstalling Spine and then reinstalling Spine. Still same result... :/

Does the file I mentioned exist? Is there any other software that could be interfering besides BitDefender?

The file existed.

Got it to work by copying the whole folder from a different computer. It works... but isn't installed from the installer. Still unsure what caused the original problem.

We installed a new Windows 10 computer to investigate and we found the problem. If you download and reinstall Spine, it should now work! The latest installer has improvements that give Spine better performance overall, so it is suggested to use the latest installer.
