I'll check what those unnamed passes are.
You should check your texture compression settings too. Looks like for some reason, it doesn't like PVRTC. That's just a Unity setting, nothing about Spine.

Those unnamed passes are fixed-function shaderlab.
There isn't even a way to define vertex shaders for them. This is a Unity bug. I'll report this to them.
I'll find out if it's ok to add a Cg vertex shader to it. Then you can try cloud build on that. But this is definitely a bug. We just need to work around it.
